David Pressman

David Pressman is the Vice President of Structuring & Power to X at Scout Clean Energy. Scout’s Power to X efforts is focused on using renewable energy and green fuels to power data centers and decarbonize hard-to-abate sectors, including the industrial, chemical, and heavy transportation sectors. David has spent the last 13 years working on greenfield project development, PPA origination, M&A, and project finance for renewable energy developers and IPPs, including Origis Energy and Tesla Energy. David has executed over 1.5 GW of wind/solar/BESS PPAs and other commercial agreements during this time.  David began his career in energy as a market consultant to utilities, coal and gas producers, financial institutions, and policy organizations. David is a graduate of the University of Rochester.
