Our Garden committee launched our first community garden this year, our Women's group runs a book club focused on elevating women's voices at the forefront of the climate movement, and our Sustainability Committee works to lower the carbon footprint of our operations. Twice a year, Scouts get together for our All-Hands-Meetings, where the whole company comes together for three days of team building events and team-focused presentations, giving Scouts opportunities to connect with their colleagues professionally and personally. In addition, we hold outdoor park days, sponsor events at the office, go to Rockies games, and promote other opportunities for fun with the team.
